Before your move-in, we complete a full apartment preparation process to ensure your home is clean, safe, and ready for you. This includes a detailed maintenance inspection, testing all appliances and systems, and completing any necessary repairs. The apartment is professionally cleaned, and the carpets are either thoroughly cleaned or replaced depending on their condition. We also confirm that keys, locks, and safety features are working properly. Our goal is for you to walk into an apartment that feels fresh, functional, and truly move-in ready.

Yes. Our maintenance team is available on site to assist with service requests and repairs.

Please submit a work order through the resident portal on our website. You may also call or email our office staff if that is more convenient.

Maintenance requests are handled based on priority, and we strive to address them within 72 hours.

No. You do not need to be present for a service technician to perform the work.

Please contact a local locksmith for assistance. After you receive a new key, bring a copy to the leasing office for our records.

No. Decorating the apartment is not permitted.

Guests who are not listed on the lease may not stay in the apartment for more than 14 consecutive days without prior written consent. They may not stay more than 28 total days within a one-month period. Pool access is limited to two guests per household.
