A full month's rent is the break fee, we also require a notice and rent is due until that notice is up.
Applicants must have a total household gross monthly income that is equal to or greater than 2x the monthly rent.

A wonderful experience. Everything was very easy, any issues were taken care of immediately, and we had no problems, whatsoever. I would recommend this to anyone for a long-term or even a short term. We were there short term as we were new to the area and I would recommend anyone needing short term rentals to come here because they make it easy for you. The lawn is kept up beautifully and the apartments are clean and cute. Love this place!

The apartment complex is very nice located in a semi-quiet neighborhood, the management team is very friendly and tries their best to make things work and very communicative with plans ahead, They offer activities throughout the year with children and family and is overall a great place to stay.

The area is nice and quiet and the apartments are big for the area. Very dog friendly which a big plus for me. They also have a trail near by that is nice to go on walks with great views of the mountain.
