Yes. They must be approved and live here at least 90 days to qualify for the bonus.
Deposits do not transfer. They are specific to the apartment you lived in and applied to any move out fees.
No, subletting is not allowed.
A full month's rent is the break fee, we also require a notice and rent is due until that notice is up.
Applicants must have a total household gross monthly income that is equal to or greater than 2x the monthly rent.

Now that the summer is gone we're going to get a Lil snow. The staff here at heritage are very prompt on shoveling and putting down ice melt. I myself have a hard time getting around in the snow so I really appreciate the efforts they put in. Everyone have a great winter and be safe.

I am really grateful for living in a community like Heritage at Hidden Creek. It is a nice, peaceful and family friendly community where their hidden trail is one of the best things. I love how they have improved the streets and more stuff. I’m happy living in this place.

It’s been amazing, the office manager is friendly, always smiling and knows her stuff! Maintenance has been great to! All the residents have been friendly even the kids! My son has been riding his bike around and loves it so far. The property is kept up and clean.
